HealthBridge is an innovative leader in complex care and rehabilitation for patients suffering from catastrophic injury or illness. Many of these patients are too fragile or medically complex to meet the criteria to enter an acute rehabilitation program. We work closely with a variety of payers. Funding options include: Medicare, Commercial Insurance (HMO, PPO, Medicare Advantage and Medicaid MCO), Workers Compensation, Auto No-Fault, Med Legal and Private Pay. While we meet the needs of these organizations from a care standpoint, we also strive to be a trusted partner, serving our patients’ needs with regard to reimbursements and providing a higher quality, lower cost alternative during the phase of care when the patient cannot tolerate a rigorous in-patient acute in-patient rehabilitation program.
