HealthBridge Arlington Heights earned the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). The seal is awarded to facilities that exceed the Commission’s high standards for healthcare quality and safety.
The award honors organizations across the country that have demonstrated a dedicated to improving quality of care. Based on the Baldrige Performance Excellence Framework, a nationally recognized method for improving business performance, the program sets high standards for quality and excellence. Pinnacle — 2019 Customer Experience Award To earn this recognition for outstanding customer service, HealthBridge Arlington Heights scored in the top 15% of the nation, based on a sampling of patient and family surveys with regard to their experiences at the recovery center.
HealthBridge Children’s Hospital
HealthBridge Children’s Hospital is accredited by DNV-GL’s NIAHO®️ and is ISO 9001:2008 certified. NIAHO ® is the name of the DNV GL’s hospital accreditation program. The NIAHO ® standards integrate requirements based on the CMS Conditions of Participation (CoPs) with the internationally recognized ISO 9001 Standard for the formation and implementation of the Quality Management System.
HealthBridge has consistently received a Five-Star Quality rating from Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). CMS created the 5-Star Quality Rating system to help consumers, their families and caregivers compare skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers more easily. Centers with five stars are considered to have an above-average level of quality.
