Sheila Weeks

Sheila is Vice President of Clinical Operations for HealthBridge. She brings 25+ years of nursing and management experience in the acute, subacute and post-acute care and rehabilitation of high acuity patients. In this role, she is responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight of facility clinical operations to enhance clinical performance.

Prior to HealthBridge, Sheila was at CareMeridian, where she served in multiple roles, including Executive Director of Operations, State Director/Administrator and Administrator of CareMeridian 4kids. CareMeridian/NeuroRestorative, was part of a national network of healthcare providers serving the catastrophically ill and injured populations. In addition to daily operations at CareMeridian, she was responsible for ensuring compliance with state regulations and the Joint Commission. While there, Sheila was awarded The Beyond Care Award in recognition of her outstanding leadership, commitment, expertise and care extended to both patients and their families.

Before joining CareMeridian, Sheila was an Administrator for Life Care Center of Tucson. She began her career serving in several roles, including case management, Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing.

Sheila graduated from nursing school at Okaloosa Technical College in Fort Walton Beach, Fla., as a Licensed Practical Nurse. She later received her bachelor’s degree in Nursing and her master’s degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Phoenix. She is a Registered Nurse and Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
