Dr. Sebastian Tobon

Dr. Sebastian Tobon, M.D., is a physiatrist who joined HealthBridge Arlington Heights in May 2021. Dr. Tobon is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation PM&R, brain injury medicine and pain medicine. He is especially interested in brain injury rehabilitation with the goal of improving quality of life and restoring everyday function.
