Dawn Shuda

Dawn is Chief Financial Officer for HealthBridge. In this role, she is responsible for strategic direction and oversight of all financial activities of the organization, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiations. Dawn brings more than 20 years of experience in global financial management, including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and collaboration with sales, operations and finance teams.

Immediately prior to HealthBridge, Dawn was Partner, Tax Services for RubinBrown, LLP, one of the nation’s leading accounting and professional consulting firms. In that role, she provided proactive, creative and comprehensive tax expertise and solutions to clients in various industries to achieve significant cost savings and enhance bottom line.

Before RubinBrown, Dawn was Senior Vice President, Tax for Aegion Corporation where she was responsible for global income tax reporting, forecasting, and due diligence integration. She also served as a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team and directed the firm’s overall tax strategy.

During her career, Dawn was also Director, Tax for MEMC Electronic Materials, Inc., a publicly traded company, where she served for more than 10 years managing domestic and international tax planning, financial reporting and compliance. In addition, Dawn was Tax Manager at KPMG, responsible for tax planning and compliance for corporations, partnerships and individual clients.

Dawn earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
